Our QA processes

 

•  On Champ has a team in its China office handling factory assessment as well as quality assurance.

 

•  We work closely with ALL the factories in terms of control standards and ethical business practices.

 

•  Our factory audit covers management, working environment, safety, quality control, ethical and hygiene.

 

•  We conduct at least two inspections for every shipment, namely an inline inspection when there is 10-20% of finished product and a final random inspection when there is 100% finished goods with 80% in shipping cartons.
